acorn avenue kit layout three………

i had so much fun making this layout, a really simple process of layering up a whole bundle of the embellishments that came with this months kit featuring pink paislee and using my like for ever kit.

once the layering of the gorgeous papers had been put together i put that on one side and focused on the background. Using heidi swapp color shine which i liberally srinkled and dripped on to the page, around the area where I would be placing the photo and layered papers. on this layout i used mustard, gold, peach, coral and blush.

once i was happy with it i let it dry naturally then using an old stamp set from studio calico called canoe which had some lovely leaves in them, i stamped around where my photo would be.

i placed the layered papers and photograph on the page and tucked in some extra pieces from the ephemera pack and some additional embellishments that i already had, little wood vaneers. the kit contained a custom blend of sequins from pretty pink posh i picked out the plum coloured ones and placed them around to reflect the colours in the leaves on the photo.

for the title i googled quotes about autumn and loved this one, the amazing glittery blue ones came in the kit and the smaller ones are faux cork puffy alphas

this is one of my favourite layouts i have made, it seems to just capture the beautiful season of autumn.

thanks for taking the time to read this

’til next time……………..
